hotel location water bus restaurants shops dirty shower dust presence steep stairs
The hotel location is very good. The water bus from the airport arrives close to the hotel. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. The vaporetto stop is right outside.
The shower had not been cleaned properly. I saw dust in the room. The cleanliness was not good. I also found the stairs quite steep.

The hotel is very close to the train station. This made transport easy with luggage. Restaurants are located downstairs from the building. I had a good canal view from the room window.
The air conditioning did not work . My room was hot because of that. Staff suggested opening the window, but it was ineffective.

Mixed experience. Ac issues and cleanliness concerns
ac issue steep stairs
the location near the water taxi was convenient.
The ac did not work properly. The room remained hot. i found dust and the shower needed better cleaning. the steep stairs posed an issue even though there was a small lift available.
